Refund / Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to ensure that our students have a rewarding experience while they discover information, assess, and purchase our training courses, whether for online or classroom-based training.

However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may be eligible to receive a refund for the training services we offer.

Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training

• Student Cancellation (Within 48 Hours of Subscription): If a student cancels their subscription within 48 hours of enrolling in an online course, a 10% administration fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the student.

• Student Cancellation (After 48 Hours of Subscription): If a student cancels their subscription after 48 hours of enrolling, no refund will be issued.

• No Refund After 48 Hours: No refunds will be made to the student after 48 hours of subscribing to the course.
