Terms and Conditions for ATSPMHUB Training Programs
Before enrolling in our instructor-led classroom training and/or online/e-learning training courses, please read and fully understand the following Terms and Conditions. By accessing and using our training services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your use of the website www.atspmhub.com (“Website”).
In these Terms and Conditions, ATS Technology. is referred to as the “Company,” “ATSPMHUB,” “us,” “our,” or “we.”
“You” refers to “a registered user,” “a paying student,” or “a paying customer.”
The ATSPMHUB website (the “Site”), the instructor-led classroom training and/or online/e-learning courses sold on the website, and the content (the “Courses”) are operated and maintained by ATS Technology. (“ATSPMHUB,” “we,” “our,” “us,” or the “Company”). The website, Courses, and Content are collectively referred to as the “Company Products.”
By (a) using or accessing the Company Products, including but not limited to downloading or accessing content, and (b) enrolling in a Course through the Site or Software, you agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth in this document (the “Terms”).
By using this Website or its Products and Services, you agree and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. The Company’s Privacy Policy is available through a hyperlink on this Website. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use – and are not authorized to use – any part of the Company’s Website, products, or services.
Registration and Payment Terms
1. Registration for a particular training program is not guaranteed until:
o Full payment of the Training Program Charges is made within two (2) days of registration and, in any case, before the program start date.
o Receipt of explicit acknowledgment by an ATSPMHUB employee, via email.
2. Payments made by cheque should be issued in favor of “ATS Technology.” payable at the designated location.
o Seats will only be confirmed upon successful realization of the cheque or any other payment.
o In case of cheque returns due to insufficient funds, payment must be completed within two (2) business days, and an additional fee of INR 500/- will be charged for each returned cheque.
3. Non-payment for any reason may result in:
o Suspension of Course access.
o Withholding of Course Transcripts or Certificates.
4. Training Program Charges cover registration, participation, and program deliverables as outlined for each specific program.
Access to Online Training Materials
• Access to study materials will be provided through the ATSPMHUB Learning Portal.
• Materials are view-only and cannot be downloaded, except for specific documents explicitly designated for download.
Money Back Guarantee
If you are unable to clear the certification exam on your first attempt, we will:
1. Refund your training fees (study material and administrative charges will be deducted).
2. Analyse your exam results.
3. Provide additional web-based or phone-based coaching for certification preparation.
Preconditions for the Guarantee
1. Certification examination must be taken within 30 days of completing the training program.
2. Attendance of the full training program is mandatory without any interruptions.
o Failure to attend all sessions as scheduled nullifies the Money Back Guarantee.
3. All online mock exams provided by ATSPMHUB must be completed and reviewed prior to attempting the certification exam.
Additional Terms
1. Contact Hour Certificates will only be issued upon full payment and completion of all scheduled training sessions.
